🎯 Mastering the Details 
Štefan’s work is all about precision, from keeping timelines on track to solving problems before they arise. “I especially like the small details and pay special attention to them—any detail I don’t focus on always stalks me until I tackle it!” Relentless in his pursuit of improvement, Štefan believes every adjustment makes an impact. But he says the true secret to quality is the people behind the process. 

🌍 Dedicated Team Spirit 
For Štefan, teamwork means finding common ground—and sometimes climbing higher ground too! Some of his favorite MERCURTEC memories are hiking trips to Terchová in 2018 and Kľak in 2021, where the team pushed their limits together. “It was incredible to see our motivation overcome pain once we’d left the comfort zone, aka the hotel room, far behind in the valley!” 

🎉 Beyond the Office 
Outside of work, Štefan’s woodworking and grilling skills are legendary, but he jokes, “Everything has to do with work.” Even hobbies like cardio training keep him energized for long, productive days. And if he had one superpower? “I’d double the hours in a day to finish everything with the thoroughness it deserves.”
