Manufacturing might be a traditionally male-dominated field, but at MERCURTEC, we’re proud to break that mold! Around 50% of our team is made up of incredible women who contribute at every level – from production and quality assurance to finance, customer service, demand management, and beyond.

Across all of our locations, women hold diverse roles. However, not only are nearly 50% of our employees women, but half of our leadership roles are also filled by women. Our all-female customer service team, for example, delivers exceptional support to clients, led by a dedicated team leader who we’re excited to introduce soon!

We’re proud to support all employees with career development opportunities and policies like maternity leave. In fact, two of our team members are currently on maternity leave, including Wendy, who is expecting her new arrival any day now! 👶
