Nineteen years ago, we took our first steps as Mercurtrade. Back then, the mission was straightforward and the name fit perfectly: we bought, we sold, we traded. We navigated the complexities of global supply chains to deliver value.

 

But if there is one thing nearly two decades in business has taught us, it’s that true growth requires relentless adaptation. What started as a traditional trading business slowly, organically, turned into something way bigger.

Over the years, we realized our clients needed more than just a transactional partner. They needed hands-on expertise, structural reliability, and boots on the ground. So, we built it. Step by step, we developed capabilities we never could have envisioned on day one:

Last year, we hit a milestone that changed everything: Component Assembly officially exceeded 50% of our total revenue. 

We were no longer a trading company with a few technical capabilities. We had become an engineering and production company at our core. 

At that point, the truth became undeniable: We had outgrown our name. The word "TRADE" no longer reflected the value we bring to the table every single day. It painted a picture of our past, not our present. 

Introducing: MERCURTEC ⚡ 

To align who we are on paper with who we are in the field, we are making a major shift. As of June 1, 2026, Mercurtrade will officially become MERCURTEC. 

The "TEC" represents the three pillars of our modern identity:

While our name and visual identity are evolving, the foundation remains untouched. We are the exact same team, driven by the same core values, and entirely dedicated to being the forward-thinking partner you’ve trusted for nearly two decades.
