⚙️ From monitoring calibration status and verifying documentation to supervising environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, she ensures that every test is conducted under controlled and compliant conditions. She also coordinates external testing with partner laboratories, maintaining traceability and consistency of results. 

🛡️ For Windy, integrity and responsibility are essential values. She pays close attention to surface quality in casting parts and supports suppliers in improving their calibration and documentation processes.

Working in an international team has taught her to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, improving efficiency and results.
