💡 From Curiosity to Confidence
When he first joined more than 12 years ago, his workspace was a 3x4m room filled with boxes of parts, and his first task was repackaging filter jugs. “We were just two people back then,” he remembers. “If I didn’t know something, I asked. That’s how we learned.”
🤝 Learning, and Teaching, Together
That curiosity became the foundation for everything that followed. Over the years, Robo helped launch new projects, trained new team members, and shared his know-how freely. “Now the conditions and possibilities are completely different—from three people on the floor to more than 30 today. And I’m really pleased with where we’ve moved over the years.”
⛷️ A Life Full of Motion
Outside of work, Robo’s energy hasn’t slowed down. A former hockey player and whitewater rafter, he still finds joy in movement—whether snowboarding in Nassfeld or cycling along the Danube. “These days, my hobby is mostly working around the house,” he laughs. “And, of course, spending time with my daughter. We’re learning together—again.”
Twelve years in, Robo’s story is proof that growth starts with curiosity, and that those who ask the most questions often have the most to share.
